Our Wedding Weekend Schedule
The Welcome Party on

Please join Rachel and Zach for a welcome party at Iroquois Hunt Club as we begin the wedding weekend. Following the rehearsal dinner, all guests are welcome to join us for cocktails and an evening together before Friday’s celebration. Elevated Cocktail Attire

Wedding Ceremony & Reception on
Friday, November 6, 2026 at 3:30 PM
Please join Rachel and Zach for their wedding ceremony and reception at The Apiary in downtown Lexington. Guest arrival begins at 3:00 PM, with the ceremony beginning promptly at 3:30 PM.
Cocktail hour will immediately follow in The Apiary’s Winter Room and gardens, followed by dinner and dancing in the Orangerie. The celebration will conclude at 10:00 PM. Black Tie Attire

Transportation
Complimentary transportation will be provided for Thursday evening’s Welcome Party. Guests utilizing the shuttle service should meet at The Manchester Hotel at 6:45 PM ET. The luxury shuttle will depart promptly at 7:00 PM ET for the Welcome Party.
Return transportation to The Manchester Hotel will be offered once during the evening, with final shuttle service provided at the conclusion of the Welcome Party.
Guests staying at other accommodations are also welcome to utilize the complimentary shuttle service from The Manchester Hotel.
